“We purchased an electric towel rail which arrived damaged at first. I took pictures of the damage and sent them to customer services. We received a response instantly, and a re-delivery and collection of the damaged item were scheduled within two working days. The re-delivered towel rail came in excellent condition. The packaging was done a lot more thoroughly this time. We will definitely purchase from them again in the near future.”

“Bought a dual-fuel heated towel rail from The Heating Boutique and the service Dan provided was outstanding. Not only did he offer me a competitive price, but also immediately sent out a replacement component when it turned out the original had a slight manufacturing defect.
