“I have rated Essential Insurance a 4 as the call handlers are very helpful, patient and polite. They aim to please their clients and willingly answer all their questions to ensure that they locate the best insurance to meet the client's needs. My only disappointment is that written information cannot be emailed to the client for review before an agreement is made. Clients should have the option to read a hard copy of the policy before signing or providing bank details for the direct debit.”
