“I’m still waiting for a call back. My insurance to be put in a trust. No documents sent as promised. I’m waiting for both of our life insurance amended documents too. I’m waiting for enquiries to increase the term no response. I’m waiting for my will person no response to date”

“Very pushy person on phone and none stop phone calls since. Got my husband to ring to say stop calling guys was very rude! I'm glad I've still got time to cancel as I'm very anxious person and the whole extent has been terrible I believe ive had 3 miss calls from him today alone. This gentleman new I was a nervous person”

Following us arranging cover, we follow-up with all our customers to ensure that you fully understand the cover you have put in place and you have no outstanding questions, we do this in the best interests of our customers. However, in this case we needed to speak to you to clarify an extra piece of information that the insurer had asked for. We are sorry you felt that the calls were non-stop, but when putting cover in place for our customers, it is very important that all the information we collect is accurate and complete, to ensure that the cover provides exactly what you need it to – on this occasion we needed to speak to you to ensure that your insurance contract was watertight. We tried contacting via sms and email, in addition to calling you, but unfortunately we are unable to speak to a 3rd parties, even if it is your husband, to adhere to our data protection and customer confidentiality obligations.
