“They didn't arrive for the first arranged appointment and only phoned at 4pm to say they weren't coming at all. The second appointment they arrived on time and the man was very thorough and professional.”

“The testing went well no problems with that. We have a problem with you constantly changing your bank details; every year we pay to a different account. So annoying when trying to make a bank transfer thinking all the details are already set up only to find they have been changed, again.”
