“I wanted to go with a reputable company for replacing my car plates. I didn't realise the problems I would have uploading my car licence and proof of owning my number plate after placing my order. You have to be tech savvy and you need to remember where you have stored the relevant forms, neither of which I knew. So it isn't straight forward or particularly easy to sort out. However, the company sent me an email explaining things which I was able to respond to and eventually I was able to attach the relevant documents they required. I fully understand why they have to have proof of these. They are very professional and they quickly and efficiently sent my plates two days later.”
