“Tried different sites as wanted a space in between my letters on my private plate. Some sites clearly would not do this meaning they would not print/issue my plate. UK REG PLATES website let me enter my plates on their website as I wanted them printed so I ordered them. They came back as my original plates. No space where I wanted it. This did not view as not available and let me order. When emailed to say I was unhappy I was told they could not do this. I explained their website let me enter and order as I placed the plate details. I explained I ordered them specifically as other sites would not let me have the space. This being misleading. Again, they would not let me return and have a refund. Would never recommend. Website is misleading. Now I have extra set of plates that are not needed.”
