“Ordering was easy online as was the ability to upload the necessary photos of required documents. Was a bit disappointed the number plate arrived not ready to be fitted as don’t have the ability to make the necessary holes for the screws so I’ll have to pay extra for it to be fitted.”

“The website makes ordering of the plates very easy and the graphics shown actually relate to the option you are ordering. Delivery was quick with tracking. The only negative was that I didn't realise you had to enter photographic evidence of ownership until AFTER I had paid - which would have been awkward if I didn't have the V5 and my driving licence to hand, it should be made clear at the start, before paying!”

“It was a simple process except at the start it would Have been nice to let the customer know before hand submitting that the following documents were required. It was only after which as a first time user thought Oh ok. Luckily I had on hand the documents to upload.”

“Ordered a set of plates and received them when they said I would That's it. It would be beneficial to know about the required documents before completing the purchase though! I understand the need for correct documentation but it seems a bit like "Give us the money then we'll tell you how many hoops you need to jump through to get your plates".”

“I ordered plain standard plates . My only gripe is that the company wrote their logo on the plate . Whether it’s right or wrong I didn’t want it on there . Its free advertising on my plate . Apart from that the plate was clean 👍”

“The plate itself was great. Good quality item. The genetic set of fixing screws however did not work for my bike and I had to use my own bolts to make it fit. No drama though as I had plenty of spare parts. Would recommend UK Registrations to anyone.”
