“Ordered online was a great price and the plates arrived the 2 business days later (I didnt pay for fast service) It is of course the law that you have to upload all documentation before receiving a number plate, I thought it was odd they took payment before you had to do this (so if I couldn’t find it and had to order new documentation that would have been frustrating)”

“Good service. Good quality. Website takes payment before details of required documentation is revealed. This caught me out a little. Also, for customers fitting 'green' plates for the first time, two green plastic screw caps are required. Caught out again!”

“I found it very easy to order the style of plate I wanted online but very disappointed that "after" payment was taken, I was then asked for documentation of confidential information. Two items, I supplied but in the interests of security and confidentiality, I do not think that UK Reg Plates have the right to request a copy of a bank statement. I was happy with how quick I received my order and the quality of the plates.”
