“Superb customer service from Joe at UK Regplates. When I had a slight problem with my order I emailed Joe with some photos, the following day he replied to say he would send me a replacement pair. When they arrived a couple of days later they were perfect. This is the sort of customer service I wish all companies could provide.”

Number plates were well packaged and are well made. I was kept informed by text through every stage until they were posted out (which wasn’t long at all). “The plates came quickly , packaged well (3 days) . The online tool to upload your documents was easy to use and effective. One point of improvement : it’s wasn’t clear you have to upload any docs to buy registration plates: the website takes your £ and then tells you you need to upload yr Drivers license and V5 : they could have made that clearer so I could have collected necessary paperwork prior to starting : instaed I had to remember to send later when I got home from work. The plates are great quality and perfect size.”
