“I purchased a new Registration plate for my Daughter. As soon as I clicked pay I realised that I had entered all of my details etc. Instead of my daughters who is the registered keeper. So when it came to sending proof of V5 etc I was stuck. I had a panic on so emailed UkRegistrations. And the bloke I dealt with replied in minutes. Saying not to worry and to just send the relevant I.d v5 evidence. Which I did. I then had the thumbs up and the replacement plate was delivered within days.”
