“Very disappointing. We paid £60 for 3D gel number plates, but after only two days the gel started melting because of the hot weather. When we contacted them, they told us it happened because a screw had gone through the plate, which they used as an excuse. We asked for a refund and offered to return the plates, but they refused. Instead, they made us another plate. We were still not happy with the quality, so we removed it and bought new plates from another company. I will upload photos of the melted plate and photos of the new plates we have now for comparison. Stay away. Very poor quality and disappointing customer service.”

“I ordered a replacement set of number plates from UK Registrations and I am very happy with the whole experience. Before ordering, I contacted them to confirm their DVLA supplier details and company information. They replied clearly and professionally, which gave me confidence to proceed. The document upload process was straightforward, my documents were reviewed and approved quickly, and the plates arrived well packaged. The plates look clean, high quality and fully road legal, with the correct supplier details and BS AU 145e marking. I also ordered the fixing kit and fitted the plates without any issues. Overall, a very professional service from start to finish. I would happily use them again and recommend them to others.”
