“It is easy to order and I am glad that you ask for confirmation in the form or paperwork. However, in this case, we had a new car and we did not have the paperwork, but yet you asked payment before asking for paperwork. That worried me and should not happen. If I had changed my mind, or if my partner had ordered via another website, I would have had to got through the trouble of contacting my credit card company. Otherwise, all is fine.”

“Ordering the plates were easy enough. Was a shame the confirmation email from DVLA wasn’t enough proof to guarantee the plates, but the next process was explained well, and easy to complete.”

“Once you have all your documents a quick and value for money service. Great comms along the journey and very happy with the plates supplied. Only comment for improvement would be that the fixing pack should include larger bolt type fixings as well as screws etc., essential for vehicles where there are OEM pre-configured fixing points.”
