“I purchased a set of private plates. The online ordering system was easy to use. As the DVLA had agreed the change, I required a speedy service and opted for next day delivery. Unfortunately the plates were send via Royal Mail (since covid, the service in my area is often delayed by a day or two, or very late at night), and I did not receive them promptly the next day, I received them around 8pm. This was an issue, as my insurance and parking permit also changed to the new number the next day. So I had to go to a while-you-wait plate service and pay again. I contacted the company and they did refund the postage. The plates they sent were also very good quality. So had they arrived as planned, I would have been very happy. Hence 4 stars for effort.”
