“Relatively simple ordering process (more could be made about uploading the required documents BEFORE the order is placed - it’s a bit frustrating to go through a two-step process). I was impressed though that when the rather bizarre number plate mounting kit only came with two yellow caps when a Merc needs four - they sent me another pack straight away and free of charge. Great customer service. I think delivery was from EVRi who are pretty poor and delivered well outside their delivery window.”

“Paid the extra for what I thought was next day delivery but missed the ‘could be 2-3days’. When they arrived, the Plates look great. My only concern is that the company use EVRI as their courier service. This explains the 2-3 days as EVRI re not fast. When delivered I was at home but the delivery driver chose to just leave the plates hanging out of the letterbox rather than ring the doorbell. Not good service.”
