“The map required was in an area of farmland and only designated by lat & long, UK Planning Maps were one of only two OS agents who's system worked correctly and these were the only agency to allow me to nudge the image to the correct area. The price was good and downloading was fast, within 3 minutes of starting the order. Would use again, customer service was quick and knew the answers - makes a change!!!”

“A good service for amateur users. However, the line drawing tool used to define property boundaries could be more user-friendly. The nodal points around curves are very close together in some instances and it is very hard to click on every one of them. If there was the ability to enlarge the image (not the scale), then this would be much less of a problem.”
