“Had problems initially trying to draw round my location, I wished to highlight. There was no zoom in option, however control mouse scroll helped, this was not entirely accurate. Could do with generally, making a zoom option and making the drawing ability a little more accurate/less laggy when trying to draw. How ever after at least half an hour was able to get there and editing the diagram. Hopefully we will gain our planning permission with the diagram, thank you overall.”

“Drawing the lines on the map to show an extension was like using software from 1980! The spots that you have to click on kept jumping back to their original positions. And the lines I did manage to draw didn't join up when I had passed the editing phase! It should allow you to zoom in to get a decent line, and not snap-to-grid. Of course, you can turn that off...then get a wonky line! VERY Poor.”

“It was easy to use would be nice for it to produce slightly more area onto the A3 size as there is an awful lot of wasted page and an option to landscape rather than portrait would be much better Otherwise its a good site”

“I’ve never had to do anything like this before but we are hoping to add a drive and dropped kerb to our property so needed a location plan. I found the website so easy to use and the service was quick. I paid to be able to make alterations and I realised I’d done the map to the wrong scale, I called them and the lovely lady I spoke to said she’d get a manager to call me back to help sort it. They called back soon after and it was all sorted in minutes. As someone doing the process for the first time it was quite stressful so I was very grateful to have really kind people being so helpful. Thank you!”

“Pleasant advice staff...struggled a bit with drawing boundary...eventually went for digital squares connection...did not find any means of differentiating shared building from adjacent shared garden ground”
