“Plan does not show correct layout i had to draw my own. Neighbours bungalow extends 2 metres past mine but plan shows about 2ft is that. I need this to be correct for Planning dept otherwise they will dismiss it.”

“As this is the Hebrides and one postcode covers a whole township and the property I wanted wasn't listed, I quickly used up my free searches. But I am giving them five stars because they were so helpful when I rang, gave me more free searches and then helped me find the piece of land I needed via a nearby property. Great service and great to be able to speak to an actual person!”
