“Prompt response, was able to download as soon as I had secified my reruiremnts and next day delivery (by post) of the free printed copies. I am sure it would not be possible to beat this service and price.”

“We've been having some building works carried out on our house and we needed a block plan for our local authority's planning records. I found the UK Planning Maps website very easy to use and very quick, so I was really pleased with it. I would use it again if needs be and would recommend it to friends and family.”

“Could not order online as it did not seem to work. Had to order by phone. Woman said it would be with me with me in 5 minutes but after nearly an hour email still had not come through. I had to phone back and it appears she put "ooo"in outlook. I got my maps but the were DPF when I had asked for MSWord format. Got them eventually after I sent another email. Maps look ok. As I was trying to complete a planning application online I could have done without the additional hassle.”

“Fantastic service I wasn’t too sure what I was doing so I rang up spoke to a member of the team and within 4 minutes she had sorted me out with the two maps I needed and emailed them over and was so helpful that if I had any problems at all to ring back I really felt that they went above and beyond for me and I really appreciated it”
