“The website was easy to use, it was easy to find and order the map I needed however when it arrived, the site plan was not accurate which was alarming. I was able to correct it but had expected it to be accurate.”

“Just another scam site really: poor quality maps ludicrously overpriced. It would be interesting to know what commission they recover from local authorities for providing fairly useless documents to support planning applications.”

“Our planning department told us we must have the scale and N/S on the map. They also wanted the whole plot outlined in red not just the rear garden. I emailed UK Planning Maps and they updated our map with all requirements. They returned the updated map quickly and, I would have given UK Planning Maps an excellent if there had been one. Thanks UK Planning Maps.”

“Required the map to apply for planning review. Map prints out at correct scale and detail is quite good. Only complaint is that drainage lines are not shown which would have been very useful”

“Im surprised these maps are so far out of date I got some 5years ago of anoughther site more up to date .but I have to use yours because council say so. I only hope they are happy. As I have had bother with them”

“I was very pleased with service I received and queries I had were swiftly and courteously dealt with by the team. One problem that seems to be unresolved is the fact that our house number 1a was shown incorrectly on an adjacent property. Our postal address is Silver Birches 1a Charles Street.The neighbouring property has a house name Neways only but carries no number. ighbouring property is Neways and carries no number.”

“Unfortunately the map is not up to date and does not include an extension that was added in 2003. This means that although the service was excellent, the map is of no use. Is this something that could be reviewed and resent?”
