I initially went for the one off fee for a standard website. If I'd stuck to that then it would be 5☆ stupid me thought he'd upgrade to gain additional privileges. That when I became so so unhappy with this shoddy company. For around 10 months I'm saying look I've paid you an additional £500+ to build me a website that suits my needs. All I'm met with is ignorance followed by more ignorance. Close to renewal date they finally make changes to the website making reasonable but still not acceptable. I kept telling them if you want more money from me then do as I ask as £500+ isn't a small amount of money. They still didn't fine tune the website to aim at my specific market so when renewal date arrived there demanding I pay again for continuity of the website and I'm like well if you had done what I asked maybe there wouldn't be a problem getting another £500+ from me but with how you've treated me you've got zero chance of getting more money. For anyone thinking of using this joke of a company. I strong advise you DO NOT GET THE PAID UPGRADE PACKAGES. They'll take the money and do nothing for 10 month's

The Support is OUTSTANDING! they do miss the point on how to sell you the package that works for you. Like I sell digital music and a sales person said they can send those per order. That was not true. But, Support is awesome and they do build a very nice looking site. But fall short on delivering promises. I missed out on advertising as I was told to wait. It must be used in first 14 days of site up. And they will hit you with site redesign so the 14 days goes right on by. And then there are the point of sale promises that change when they change their operations and you get not the package and options you paid for. But what, the system has updated to. and those poor support folks have to sort it out for you

I recently upgraded to ueni plus plan. I have struggled to login to my business email. I sent series of email to the designated customer service email with on screenshots but no reply. I tried calling them several times but always goes to answering machine which is even more frustrating. Its over a month since the upgrade and nothing has changed but I have been charged. This upgrade promised 33% increase in sales but nothing is happening and I wish I had stayed on the original free plan.

I can't get no assistance to correct or edit my site. I am still try to still figure out how to get my own account and then I can edit it myself. Everyone can see my site expect for me.

Not had a bad experience its just that this website is featureless, poor content, poor functionality, no Blog, can't have separate pages on gallery or give titles to the gallery pictures or any other details. Very basic i wish i had not paid for a year for the subscription as it promises everything but really leaves you wanting

I was disappointed that UENI chose photos of a male teacher on a website that was offering Yoga for women (by a female teacher)
