“UENI and the level of customer support is a breath of fresh air after being with Bluehost and WordPress. The site was built on time with information taken from my existing site, is easy to use, and the chat option to solve questions I encounter was convenient and effective. Erhi and Izzy were both excellent customer service agents!”

“UENI has been a huge help to my business as I've been trying to put my wix website together for months. I've felt so overwhelmed by the process. I saw that they were offering lifetime hosting and would put your website together for you. I was worried it would be too good to be true! But that hasn't been the case. You can contact them directly over chat and get someone to help you immediately. You essentially just proof read and finish details to suit your specific business and badabing badaboom. My website is the closest it's ever been to being done. I just have to add some more product details and I should be good to launch! Thanks UENI. Way to come in clutch!”

“Stay Away From This Self Proclaimed Website Designer Experts ... What I write here is 100% true, I have proof (chat session, email(s) to back up all the Negativity that I am about to present here and now. I hired UENI.com and paid $149.00 for a professional website... When hiring UENI, I requested a simple revamp of my current site. O requested to just copy and paste all content within my current website... I just wanted UENI to take all graphics and all text copy & paste from my current website to implement that into a new Artificial Intelligence template site... I merely wanted the exact same everything on my current website to be transferred onto a new website that follows all of the Google rules... UENI website designers decided to take it upon themselves to send me the total opposite of what I requested. I tried on numerous occasions to correspond with UENI, which is nearly impossible... I hot someone to respond after sending an email stating that I was canceling with UENI and requested my money back... That is when a Customer Support individual by the name of Denise contacted me via telephone ☎️ Denise convinced me that all of my questions and concerns would be addressed and all will be to my satisfaction GUARANTEED. Well that wasn't true at all... I was sent some GARBAGE website and not one thing from my current site was inserted into what was sent to me... As I mentioned previously, I have documentation to back up what I am writing here... BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE If anyone wants to see proof, simply ask me... The idea of that call was to iron out your requests and discuss expectations and we understood that you had concerns with your current website provider. It's unfortunate that there was misunderstandings that came out of the call. While it indeed takes 7 days for a website to be built, your website was completed with priority within 24 hours - we're very sorry if this did not meet your expectations. Part of the process is also to have a call with our web expert so they can walk you through your site and if needed, make changes as they go. While we invited you to book a call with our expert to walk through the site together, it's noted that no call was ever booked. “UENI provides great customer service. The chat feature is simple to use and the service reps provide the assistance needed to resolve any issues you may be having. Today's chat with Maggie was helpful. While it was not what I "wanted" to hear, it was what i "needed" to hear in order to successfully move forward with plans for business growth.
