“I live in Brazil and made a large order. It arrived very quickly. My only complaint is the cost of sending it to me, which was expensive - especially as there is a 100% import tax which also is charged upon the freight cost!”

“The order system and delivery service is first class. As a long time Twinings customer I find the quality of the blend is much weaker than it used to be eg Apple and Pear Green tea is nowhere as flavoursome as it once was - presumably this blend is a casualty of cost cutting.”

“Twinings has been my go-to for all the classic teas, which remain among my favourites. I particulalry love the loose leaf teas and am happy to see that Twinings have replaced the plastic packeging with a more sustainable and even more elegant paper version. Customer service is good too. I once had a parcel go missing, so they replaced my order with what was available at the time. Unfortunately the teas I had ordered originally were out of stock, but that's just bad luck. Twinings seem to take feedback seriously - I had asked for the Dark Collection and the Seaseon's Greetings blend to be brought back and they were! So happy!”

“I ordered from Australia as there is a tea I found while on holiday in London, that is not available in Australia. The freight was rather expensive, but I was happy with the ordering process and the relatively quick delivery.”
