“I live in Barcelona. I ordered this product on the 23rd of September. Today is 20th off October, a month later, and my parcel is still “in transit”. I love the product, I always buy a few boxes when I visit UK, but having to wait more than a month to receive it… it’s just not acceptable.”

“Unfortunately I have difficulty sourcing some twinings teas in local stores. Being able to order online and receive same within a matter of days is useful. I have yet to find herbal/fruit teas produced by other companies as delicious”

“I am very fond of Twinnings Buttermint and Camamile and honey teas but my local stockist Tesco no longer stock them. I ordered 10 boxes directly from twinnings which were delivered very quickly and very well packed. Thank you”
