“Wonderful refreshing taste, shame it is difficult to buy in a supermarket. This is my new favourite and I have to order it online, but at least I can still get it. The taste is wonderful and rounded off with vanilla perfectly”

“Not impressed. Followed a Google search link for Fairtrade Organic English Breakfast which took me to the Twinings website. I bought 4 packets of what I thought was Fairtrade Organic and was very surprised to receive the ordinary English Breakfast which I could have bought for a lower price from my local supermarket. I realise it is my own fault for not checking but in my defence all the packaging is very similar. I naively assumed that following the link would take me to the same product. I rang and the lady told me they no longer sold the product. I feel that some sort of warning should have been given.”

“The only problem I had here was that I had to order it online with you in the first place. Why shops are not stocking this I don't know and I have been to all my local stores and all the main supermarkets/stores in another town too and no luck. Anyway enough of my moaning. Ordered simply online, had to pay a postage fee, which is fine and then I waited for delivery, which seemed like too long to be fair, maybe because I just couldn't wait to pour me a cup of this sweet nectar, although I would have thought a big company like Twinings would do next day or 48hr delivery but they arrived 6 boxes of Rooibus with honey and spiced fig, the most amazing tasting tea I have ever had but I am worried about the lack of it in stores! Are you discontinuing it? Please, please, please let me know if you are because I will need to stock up on this stuff. I can't live without this tea and I will definitely be purchasing more from you, once these run out or I know you are going to stop making them?”

“I recently had a few occasions where my favourite Twinings peppermint tea was only available in small boxes of 20 at my local ASDA supermarket. I therefore decided to look at the twinings website and to my surprise both the peppermint and the ginger and lemon tea were on special offer. I immediately ordered enough to keep us fully stocked for the winter to come. The order arrived within days, no problems at all. I'll may consider this option again when stocks run low. Excellent experience.”

“I am a long time user of Twining fruit teas. I am very happy with the two flavours I have ordered but disappointed that Cherry and Cinnamon has been discontinued just like Apple and blueberry in the past.”

“Lovely quality products delivered to your door. I particularly love your Earl Grey tea bags and Cold Infusions for water, which make staying hydrated so much easier. I’ve just tried Vanilla Chai Tea bags and they’re lovely.”
