“In all honestly I couldn’t taste the mint so I had to add fresh mint to make it drinkable which is a real surprise as I drink it a lot in the Middle East.”

“The richest selection of tea, so many choices, absolutely love it. The delivery was fast, even though I live in Austria, but too pricey, my guess is because of Brexit :( Anyways, I’m definitely ordering my teas here again!”

“I have been buying from you get a while now and admit I always buy in bulk when on offer, however I have not seen any offers of late for my chosen tea. I started buying direct when none of the shops near me stopped selling the one I like, as a pensioner I obviously look for deals to keep costs low. Hopefully you will appreciate my comments.”

“Over the years we have spent a small fortune trying to find a fruit tea that delivers. We went to a friends house and had a Twinings fruit tea. OMG it was a light bulb moment. We are huge fans of the Raspberry and Lemon tea.”

“I bought Inner Clarity tea, it's one of my all time favourite herbal teas. It's normally around £4 per box and was proving very hard to find. I bought 4 boxes from Twinings website for £1 each as they had short dates on them. It's not like the tea is suddenly going to lose its taste when it hits the expiry date!”

“My favourite Twinings tea (coconut and mango) is no longer available at my local supermarket. So I now buy in bulk straight from Twinings. Got to say very efficient service. Wouldn’t mind some kind of lower price offer from time to time though. Get service thank you”

“Ordered 4 of the 14 sachet hot chocolate jars, the sachets were just shoved and crumpled into the jar and one jar only had 12. Because of them being shoved in, in one jar a sachet had split. The ribbon was frayed at the ends so had to recut and had to redo the bows. Not at all the quality of care I expected from Twinnings. Luckily I used to have a personalised gift business so knew what to do to make them presentable. Very shocked”
