I love the Twinings Cold Infused teabags - makes my water drinking so much easier and tastier! Unfortunately, I have to order from the UK as they no longer supply to Australia and the cost is ever-increasing with postage etc. My deliveries are quick, easy and always efficient. Please bring it back to Australia!

The tea we prefer has disappeared from my usual stockist, so I bought direct from Twinings. Came quickly at a decent price.

Ich trinke Twinings Tees seit vielen Jahren. Jahreswende 2023/2024 war ich mit einer Freundin das erste Mal in ihrem Shop in London. Diese Auswahl und die freundliche Beratung und Gespräche. Einfach schön.

We first had a cup of all day decaf on a BA flight from USA to London and while we were in the UK puchased some to bring home. We love it! It is a shame that we can not buy it in the USA, so we order it from the Twinings UK web site. The flavor is full and bold without being harsh. Would love to be able to buy it in the USA - buying it in 40 to 80 bag pouches from the web site works OK.

I love the special blends Twinings create like 'Unwind' and 'Digest'. Unfortunately I cannot buy these blends in any shops in New Zealand where I live, so had to buy online at great cost. So, alas, for me Twinings subtle blends are a very occasional treat!

My husband has for years drunk your green and black tea blend out of choice. Recently however it seems to have become unavailable in supermarkets in our area (West Suffolk). Does this mean that you are discontinuing this product and, if so, why?

1. quality of product. Upmarket product positioning should mean higher quality, but the Earl Grey by Waitrose is similar and cheaper. I bought the "Full English" packs, thinking that because the photos show that the tea is not dust, that it would be tasty. In fact, it has little taste at all. Maybe that is why it is in the sale as a Clearance product. 2. pricing of product. I have been buying 500g tin caddies of Earls Grey, and they are much cheaper in Berlin than on the Twinings UK website. The price at the supermarket Ulrich chain in Berlin is 13.99 Euros. 3. Twinings products are made in Poland. Yet the caddies on sale abroad misleadingly have "Scottish" tea on them. 4. The UK taxpayer gave Twinings £millions to construct a factory in Sunderland. Long before the 2016 Referendum to leave the E.U., Twinings applied for and obtained £millions to close down the factory in N.E. England, and to construct a new factory in Poland. The E.U. structural funds that Twinings obtained came from UK taxpayers' money. 5. In France, I have bought caddies of Twinings Russian Earl Grey, at 7.99 Euros for 150g. This is delicious tea, with blue and other coloured bits inside. But it is not available in the UK. The whole rationale of a Europe-wide operation is to sell specialist products to a market of over 300 million consumers in the E.U. It seems Twinings does not do this, and is focused on the UK. Strange that the UK government has not slapped import duties on Twinings imports from Poland, since the E.U. has done its best to keep out UK foodstuffs, as can be seen in N. Ireland.

I bought these tea bags as a Christmas present. Tesco in Havant have stopped stocking them and they are my friends regular brand. Have you any regular stockists in the PO11 area, or any persuasion powers with Tesco?!
