“Terrible Custimer Service. Package was detained in Customs, arguing it required a third party agent to clear customs (that is for a ￡40 order.). I asked for support or for a refund, as it is impossible to hire an agent for such a small order I was told I could not get a refund for shiopping costs and if I wanted a refund for the product, I had to to pay for it to go back to the UK. I think it's ridiculous and Twining should not offer shipping to a country where an agent is requiered to clear 300 bags of tea.”

“I absolutely loved both the sleep teas, sweet dreams and a moment of calm from the purple box. Though from the pink box I loved the cleanse, detox, metabolism though I am not a strawberry and cucumber fan so 8 of 9 teas not bad!”
