“Don't know if delivery was on time. got no notification. Package was left outside by bins. If was very wet. Tea boxes were slightly damp but I think the tea was untouched.”

Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, our customers will receive a tracking link via email, so this would be the best way to keep an eye on your delivery. “I love these Cold Infusions they taste just as they smell, fruity and delicious. I wish I were able to buy them in shops local to me like I used to. The China mugs are really lovely and make such a difference to my morning cuppa. The service I received was great and the products were well packaged.”

“I became addicted to Twinings Vanilla Tea years ago, when it was still available in the US. Since then, once or twice a year, I buy 12 boxes directly from Twinings to continue my addiction. While I wish it was more accessible in the US, this at least allows me acces. The web site is easy to use, and I have never had a problem. Thanks to Twinings for shipping directly!”

“The tea is excellent, service is good and time from order to arrival is impressive. The trouble is that I have to order this from youir english web site. That means I have to pay more at customs & administration fee than for the tea itself. I would really like to be able to order this from a Norwegian web site!”

“The Apple Cinnamon and Raisin tea purchased this time is very nice and highly recommended. However this was bought as a substitute for the Cherry and Cinnamon tea which I bought last time. The flavour of the Cherry and Cinnamon tea was incredible. However it has sadly been discontinued by Twinings, apparently due to poor sales volumes. Please bring it back - I'll buy some!”
