“Decaf tea taste really great, the best decaf tea we ever had and we are heavy drinkers of this decaf tea. However,we wish the plastic tea bags will be changed into paper or something or even to loose tea. If packages are bit more emviromental friendly, it will be 5 star.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. Our teabags are made of plant-based biodegradable materials and are third-party certified as industrially compostable. This means that they will break down fully if placed into a local authority compost caddy or food waste bin.

“I only like one green tea, and that's Twinings Orange and Lotus Flower. However, it now seems unavailable in most supermarkets, and although I would prefer not to have to pay postage, it seems the only way that I can get it. My tea arrived safely packaged and pretty promptly, so I am satisfied.”

“I use the Breakfast Tea and Earl Gey daily. Both have great flavour, but the Earl Grey is exceptional. I sometime add a small amount to the breakfastTea in the morning which make an exellent cup of tea in the morning for a change. Thank you Twinings”
