“Lovely teabags but they got ruined by Evri delivery man who threw the package over the garden fence on a rainy day. Fortunately, Twinings replaced them for me within a couple of days. Very goos customer service.”

“I'm thoroughly enjoying my Namberrie tea. The service was excellent but only let down by the Portuguese customs who decided to hang on to the delivery for over 10 days.”

“Bought two, one for my husband and one for me. The color is beautiful. The strainer fits well and is a nice solid mesh. The pot gets good and hot, but the handle doesn't. A wonderful teapot and works perfectly.”
