“I only received the package yesterday, I had placed the order on November 19. I think the problem is with the Italian postal service. I know your products and I know they are very good. I will certainly use your site again to buy my favorite teas (maybe not at Christmas time).”

“Lovely selection of teas in many formats. Loose, bag and envelopes. Some wonderful fruit teas and teas to help with health. The accessories are wonderful. The four stars is because the box it came in was not crushed but the boxes of teas inside were crushed.”

“I ordered these boxes of gingerbread tea direct from Twinings for my daughter as she was no longer able to find these teas in other outlets . Their service was simple to use and the order was dealt with very quickly and efficiently e en over the Christmas period .”

“Parcel arrived late but before New Year's Eve. Very well packaged, box looked great. Marked Fragile. But what a disappointment when opened, tea caddy and two boxes of chocolates were very small but did look attractive with good quality ribbon. All contents were delicious.”

“The product is good the delivery service is super slow They charge extra for taxes and postage yet send from Belfast so there is no taxes as they are in the EU customs union Paid 22 euros for delivery took nearly three weeks to arrive - sat in DHL Belfast for a week then went to Belgium the. Holland and sat around for another week then went to Barcelona for a few days then arrived in Valencia were I live and took DHL 6 days to deliver You need to review your Europe carriers as if you will charge premium postage and non existent customs taxes I want a premium delivery service”
