“Hi, I’m so unhappy with the flask I ordered as it cost nearly £20 and the drink leaks as soon as you sip it I would like a refund as this is not right and I will return it and you can test it yourself and see.”

“Rather disappointed to find I was being charged for delivery only once I'd passed the point of being able to cancel! What advantage is there over just buying from the supermarket???”

“I have been purchasing Twinings teas for many years now. My preferred blend is the Orange & Lotus Flower Green Tea. I find this both refreshing and soothing. I find the information on the box interesting and helpful with regards to the correct way to brew the tea.”
