“I ALWAYS have Twinings tea in my kitchen, usually English Breakfast or Irish Breakfast. And I ALWAYS get excellent service from Twinings when I order on-line. Does that answer all of your questions?”

“I usually have free postage with my order over £35. My order was more than £40 and I was charged postage. Not happy about this. I bought 4 boxes of 20 each of heart ,metabolism, unwind and calm. 😠”

“Very poorly packed and one pack of biscuits was compleatly crushed while the other boxes were all spoilt so could not pass on as gifts. Had more packing been used this could have been averted. A very disapointing experience. Having said that this is the first complaint I've has about Twinings.”
