“Excellent, delivered in one day as i chose express delivery (i live in France) As always, highly satisfied of Twinings, their service and Tea ! Each tea from my order is absolutely excellent and i will definitely order again. My favorite one is the Pumpkin spice chai tea ! It's really hard to find some, especially in my country so i was very happy when i saw it was back in stock ! (please, never stop shipping it to France, i can't afford to buy it in the USA :( ) Thank you Twinings !”

“Order No TW253942 Hello, I made an order on 30th Sept which still has not arrived. I checked on the Shop App and it states that my order was delivered yesterday 11th October? “I bought 6 boxes of your delicious (no. 22) Dark Caramel Tea Bags, as I couldn’t find it stocked in the shops any more. It was a little more pricey but postage was only £4. Please continue to produce this lovely brew. It’s my evening cuppa of choice!”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some positive feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble locating our Orange & Lotus Flower Green Tea. Having checked the stockists for this particular tea, I can see that we sell it to Sainsburys & Tesco, however the supermarket themselves decide which of their stores stock it.

“It's great to be able to buy a tea that has helped with my daughter's health, but sadly we can't find in the shops where we live ! I hope it never gets discontinued like the chamomile and lime flowers was. When there are obviously health benefits it's a real shame when an item disappears!”

“Loose leaf tea that is a leaf!! Although expensive one can rely on getting a top quality product that is consistent in taste and colour. My only issue( hence four stars) is it takes longer than I wanted to get the tea to my door so remember to order before you almost runout so you won't be left Twinings Tea less. The customer service is very helpful and always available to answer any questions and solve any issues. Great customer service.”
