“I mainly drink green tea with jasmine, this is hard to find other than with Twinings so I order in bulk when they offer 1/3 off. I find ordering super easy, checkout is good and the parcels arrive well packed and on time. This time I also ordered some Monty Bojangles tins to complete my collection. Very happy and will continue to order”

“I order my assam tea direct from twining because it is the cheapest and easiest way to do it. The site is easy to negotiate and delivery is very prompt arriving usually 2 to 3 days after an order is placed. You know you're getting the real thing.”

“I LOVE the Cold Infuse - especially Rose Lemonade and Orange/Mango/Passionfruit. But - they all used to be available in supermarkets, then only certain flavours on Amazon, then Rose Lemonade only at Twinings and now - NOT AT ALL. What is going on? I guess they are (a) too expensive, and (b) not clear enough what they are, which is a result ofTwinings' bad marketing. Please please please bring them back/stop withdrawing them.”
