“I paid for a tutors detail, she booked a slot with myself fo my 10 yr old daughter, cancelled, then aid she was on holiday. Then nothing!? I text her again this weekend to be told that her circumstance have changed and she now can't do it? I just went to log back on to my account and it is saying that there is not an account registered to my details??????”
“Once again Tutor Hunt failed to put us in touch with the right teacher- they suggested someone who lived too far away and who was not prepared to come to us. The way she spoke when trying to arrange a lesson all seemed rather a nuisance to her rather than being helpful and eager to assist.”
“Really poor Maths tutor. Rather than tell me face to face that she would no longer be able to teach my daughter sent me a long rambling email. Then tried to get me to employ one of her recommended tutors as she was setting up her own business. Thankfully my daughter's former Maths tutor is going to tutor her but it destroyed my daughter's confidence.”
