“We asked Dr Wing to help with my son’s physics A-level. The comments my son has made are that Dr Wing is thorough, friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and patient. From a parent’s point of view Dr Wing has been responsive to enquiries, flexible in terms of session times and starts each session on time. My son’s confidence in his subject matter is increasing significantly, especially in the field he was really unsure about (particle physics) and Dr Wing has provided me with feedback on my son’s progress.”

“I have found 2 tutors through Tutor Hunt and both have been great. The platform makes it very easy to search for the right person at the right price, and it’s very simple to book, change and pay for appointments, and to contact the tutor if I need to. I have used the customer service team once to help me find how to change my payment card and they were prompt and accurate with their reply. I can’t fault the service at all.”

“We’ve had a positive experience with Gemma. She explains concepts clearly and she is patient. Her teaching methods have been engaging and well structured. Her sessions are well rounded but also tailored to educational needs as required. I would definitely recommend her to others.”

“I can’t thank Angelica enough for her incredible teaching. Before starting lessons with her, I was always stuck on a grade 6 in both English Literature and Language, no matter how hard I tried. With her guidance, patience, and clear explanations, everything finally started to click. Angelica not only boosted my confidence but also gave me the skills and strategies I needed to succeed. “Grace is a very good teacher as my Son had D in his 2nd Sociology mock exam and I find Grace on tutor hunt. Her teachings within 2 months has made my son got B in his 3rd Mock and currently aiming to get A or A*. My son Said Grace teaching involved him in the class and she explains it using day to day life for him to understands it very well and he is very certain with Grace he will get A* in his Final A level Sociology Exam next year.Grace is certainly the best teacher”

“I was very impressed with Tutor Hunt. It’s easy to use, there are so many tutors available with descriptions and pricing displayed concisely.We chose a higher priced tutor and he didn’t disappoint. He gave last minute tutoring in the lead up to exams. He texted practise questions in advance, was easily contactable. The costs were up front and straightforward. No scams. He even overran the time to finish a question. There was hardly any notice time for him and he took my daughter’s quiet nature into consideration and got her participating with each question. I will definitely recommend this service. Payment was also very straightforward too.”

“Our daughter has been extremely pleased with Mhairi. She immediately put her at ease and is always calm and kind. She makes the sessions fun and engaging. Mhairi is keen to ensure the lessons cover whatever it is our daughter needs help with. She gives feedback after each session with any extra slides or resources included as necessary/needed. We are sure that with Mhairi`s help our daughter will go into her geography A Level Exams feeling confident. Would highly recommend! Thank you Mhairi.”
