“We were impressed by the professionlism of Trux from our very first encounter. We were given a detailed explanation of the services on offer. We elected to have the 'pack and move' service. The day prior to the move the packing team turned up dead on time. Over the next few hours they packed our entire household with the utmost care. On the day of the move everything ran like clockwork. Furniture that had to be dismantled was carefully reassembled and the team made sure that everything was placed exactly wher we wanted it. The team were polite, helpful and friendly throughout. For us, it was a textbook move.”

“I could not be happier with my decision to go with Trux Storage & Removals. In a very competitive market, Trux stood out from the rest with there personal approach, being a local business at very competitive prices. In the world of uncertainty with house moves, Trux were very experienced and had all eventualities covered. Provided hanging storage/removal boxes and tv boxes as part of the competitive quote. The team that attended on the day, worked their socks off and all very polite and pleasant. Additional employees attended to help out later in the day and it was a great team effort. I could not recommend Trux enough, if I was to ever move again (which I hope I never do) Trux would be my first call. Thanks for the effort team, a very happy customer. Sam”

“I would highly recommend Trux removals. They made my office move so simple, quick and easy - nothing was too much to ask. It meant I was out, in and unpacked within a day - if I had done it alone it would have taken days! Will definitely use them again in the future.”

“Excellent service from beginning to end. Great communication, all materials provided. On move day they were prompt and efficient - they made it look easy. The guys were calm and reassuring throughout and made what could have been a very stressful day a lot less painful! Huge thanks. Would highly recommend.”

“Very big move for us (all female household) downsizing from our home of over 20 years to a Townhouse (3 floors on the hottest day of the year!) Ben and the 2 Nathans made everything smooth and possible. They were kind, sensitive, friendly, skilful, professional and, above all, calm! I would recommend Trux without hesitation. I had the fragile packing service. Everything arrived safely and in one piece.”

“Our chain ended up completing at very short notice so we were in a bit of a panic to arrange removals. We were very lucky that our estate agent recommended Trux to us as they provided us a very fair quote and truly 5 star service. From the first call to arrange our quote to finishing the removals at our new home all of the staff we dealt with were friendly, professional and efficient. Could not recommend highly enough”

“The gents at Trux make a stressful time a bit smoother. From the initial contact to get a quote, to the chain messing me about and needing to change the dates around, Trux were always friendly, professional and accomodating. They arrived promptly on the day, were friendly, and I was amazed at how quick they were but also considerate of my belongings. The van was packed in approximately 2 hours and when I finally received the keys the other end they were so great and efficient then as well. Ben, Ed and Nathan - thank you so much for your hard work and professionalism!”

“Outstanding service. We were moving my elderly and infirm mother from her house to a retirement flat and needed someone who would be very flexible and very professional. I'd not used Trux before but they came recommended and I had a good experience from the first discussion. The calm and patient service on the day was superb and made all the difference.”

“Trux provided me with all the packaging after a site survey. On the day of the move they were exactly ontime. The team were friendly, efficient, helpful and we even had a laugh together. In all a very good experience, on a day which traditionally is full of stress. Well done, and I would recommend them and use them again”

“Trux storage and removal workers. Are amazing. We could not recommend the service more highly.. They are hard working and full of practical advise, making sure that you remember not to pack absolutely everything, leaving yourself just the basics for the transition. They are polite and kind. They packed all our belongings and the garden. They delivered everything efficiently, making sure that all the boxes were put in the correct rooms. Thank you to all your workers for making a very stressful situation so much more easier. If we move again we will only be unsubtle Trux Storage and Removals...Shelley and Peter.”
