“We hired Trux for our move from a 3-bedroom house in St Albans to Welwyn Garden City. From our very first phone conversation, Ed was prompt in responding, helpful, and polite. On the day of the move, the two lorries arrived on time. Ed, Ross, and the third gentleman (whose name I unfortunately can’t remember) were extremely careful with all of our furniture. They even put protective carpet coverings in the lobby area to ensure the floor was protected. The team was very kind, careful, and professional throughout the entire process. Within just three hours, our entire house was loaded onto the lorries, and they headed to our new home. Once there, they carefully unloaded everything, placed items in the correct rooms, and reassembled the furniture where needed. I would highly recommend Trux and this team to anyone. They made our move easy, smooth, and well protected, taking away all the stress that usually comes with moving house. Thank you so much! We are so glad we had the opportunity to work with you.”

“Trux Removals arrived 30 minutes early on removal day and were met with complete chaos with my family which did not bother the men at all !! Presume that they are probably used to the situation on removal day. The got on with the job immediately and with good humour. It was all done very quickly and efficiently. The then left to go back to the depot as I had not heard from my solicitors that keys had been released. They contacted later and met us at the new property again with good humour and it was all again completed efficiently. I cannot thank the team enough for their help in making the stressful situation of moving reasonably easy. I would recomend Trux Removals.”
