“The team moved a large antique book case that required removal of the glass doors and separation into two pieces to get it through the doorway. I thought they were very professional and caring and clearly knew what they were doing. It was easy to communicate with the office as I had to make a few changes but they were helpful about that. Would recommend.”

“Trux are a friendly and professional firm that are totally dedicated to helping you move. Ed came out to meet us at home initially to understand our requirements and situation and then proposed a number of solutions followed by a written quote that we felt was very reasonable. We decided to pack our own stuff and Trux helped us dismantle and reassemble some of the bulky furniture which was very helpful. The team took great care moving all the fragile boxes and laid protective floor covering where necessary. We will certainly use Trux again for our next move and can highly recommend this excellent company.”

“We were impressed by the professionlism of Trux from our very first encounter. We were given a detailed explanation of the services on offer. We elected to have the 'pack and move' service. The day prior to the move the packing team turned up dead on time. Over the next few hours they packed our entire household with the utmost care. On the day of the move everything ran like clockwork. Furniture that had to be dismantled was carefully reassembled and the team made sure that everything was placed exactly wher we wanted it. The team were polite, helpful and friendly throughout. For us, it was a textbook move.”

In a very competitive market, Trux stood out from the rest with there personal approach, being a local business at very competitive prices. In the world of uncertainty with house moves, Trux were very experienced and had all eventualities covered. Provided hanging storage/removal boxes and tv boxes as part of the competitive quote. The team that attended on the day, worked their socks off and all very polite and pleasant. Additional employees attended to help out later in the day and it was a great team effort. Ben and the 2 Nathans made everything smooth and possible. They were kind, sensitive, friendly, skilful, professional and, above all, calm! I would recommend Trux without hesitation. “Our chain ended up completing at very short notice so we were in a bit of a panic to arrange removals. We were very lucky that our estate agent recommended Trux to us as they provided us a very fair quote and truly 5 star service.
