“Everything Tree2my door did was great it was the horrendous delivery that ruined the whole experience. DPD emailed 1 hour arrival slots three days in a row without delivering. When DPD did finally deliver they just left the tree on the doorstep when we were clearly at home.”

“Recipient delighted with rose to be planted in spring as a bit frosty in the morning. Only complaint is that delivery driver left box on door step and it was very windy. Despite my instructions to leave it with a neighbour. Luckily someone saw it and held on to it till she got home. Otherwise it would have been blown away”

“Online ordering service was good but £9 supplement for a nominated “day” delivery for the gift to then be delivered at 8pm at night was not very good service- the date was important as the rose was for a birthday gift”

“Customer service phone advice was very good and easy to access. My gift was delivered to an alternative address to my own and the message that I wrote to be attached to my gift was not included, so my friends had no idea whom it was from. The ordering process was straightforward and delivery prompt with good notifications.”
