“Happy with product but as it was for a Ruby Wedding I thought a red rose would be sent. I needed the rose for the 18th April and it arrived 20th April my own fault I should have paid extra for guaranteed delviery. The rose delivered was not red but I was happy with the product.”

“The Tree2mydoor website was very easy to use and straightforward during the ordering process. Delivery was quick. The rose looks healthy (only time will tell on this) and it is nicely presented in tissue paper and cellophane tied with a white ribbon. I have one issue and that is that the box the rose was delivered in was open and it had a hole in the side, but I think the rose was undamaged and I don't think anything was missing.”

“The Rose is lovely so my sister in law tells me . It was a special gift and as I had left no other instruction expected to be delivered into her hand. My brother in law stayed in to receive it but it was left on their door step with the driver disappearing off. If he rang the bell he should have waited for an answer. If he didn’t ring the bell it should not have been left alone on the step.. I received a photo of it on the step, and didn’t know whether to ring him or not to pick it up. Hardly a discretionary present”

“Lovely Olive Tree beautifully packed. Marked down by one star as I selected and paid for designated delivery date and time, which did not happen. The company refunded the additional delivery costs and despatched a day later than requested. Luckily the delay did not cause an issue but it was a close call!”

“A beautiful idea, packaging was lovely! :) they absolutely loved their gift. The only downfall for me was on the engraving, you have to be up close to read what it says it doesn't stand out.”

“A beautiful tree that was delivered with no damage and healthy. However I was quite unaware of the thorns on my lemon tree, but that is due to my own ignorance. The only issue was that the tree was packed upside down in the box and if it wasn't for a contentious courier the tree could have arrived quite distressed. Hence the 4 stars rather than 5. That said, I shall be ordering an olive tree from you.”

“Very satisfied up to now.although it is rather expensive to book a delivery slot for 2 days time. Will wait and see how the rose grows. I have purchased on line before with sad results. Time will tell.”
