“Ordering was simple and easy. When my tree arrived it hadn’t been kept upright and therefore the soil was all over the packaging and wrapping. This was a gift for someone. If it had just been for me this would not have been a problem but it just looked a bit messy.”

“Delivery excellent, right on time, driver waited until I opened the door. One complaint, why are there no instructions as to how to care for the plant? I have tried without success to get in touch with you so not happy.”

“Arrived when expected, gift wrapped, Appears to be a sturdy young tree. One disappointment there was no instructions with the tree re planting out. We have had a heavy frost each night since purchased so left in greenhouse in its pot”

“Communication and Delivery fine. Except they said they tried to deliver and there wasn’t anybody home witch was not true. After getting in touch with them it was delivered a couple of hours later. Pot was split from bottom to 2/3rds up pot.”

“Lovely Patio Rose Bush looked very healthy shame it was not the one I ordered. Very quick response and the correct Rose Bush was sent DPD next day delivery another lovely plant and nicely gift wrapped. Thank you, I know it will be enjoyed by my 80yr. old friend. Very Good Service x”

“The rose bushes I ordered came on time, even though I had ordered a month before. I emailed to ensure this was the case, and received a quick and helpful response. The rose bushes arrived beautifully wrapped and are growing well.”
