“Fantastic customer Service - was ordered for a specific day and received notification from the courier company that it was being delivered a day early - A quick phone call and this was rectified immediately and delivered on specified day. Packaged well and looking forward to seeing the rose in full bloom later in the year - thank you”

“I suggest to find another delivery services rather then DPD, delivery of 2 Rose bushes and clearly says on the box several times "this way up" "live plants" and the delivery driver left them in the back garden upside down! Got nowhere when I wanted to speak to DPD, the Rose's bushes look ok I'm just hoping they are as they were a gift for a friend after she lost her Mother. Happy with Tree2mydoor but let down with DPD.”

“I ordered the Rose Bush for a friend’s 70th Birthday and she was absolutely delighted with it. I didn’t nominate a particular date for delivery as I thought that it was a bit expensive so I took my chances and it was delivered the day before her birthday which was absolutely fine. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again and would highly recommend.”

“I havent actually seen the plant as it was a gift. However absolutley no problem with ordering and delivery, which was delivered on day requested. I am sure the rose will be beautiful when in flower. All in all prfect even down to the gift card.”

“Ordered a small lime tree with next day delivery for a birthday gift. Website and ordering system all went smoothly but the package did not arrive. Three days after the birthday with still no signs of the gift I contacted Tree2myDoor and they dispatched one immediately that arrived via DPD the following morning. I hope the first tree is OK, wherever it is.”
