“Worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered my tree and personalised plaque way before and even paid nearly £10 for special delivery for Father’s Day. The parcel turned up and the plaque was blank. This was the day before Father’s Day, so now making the present meaningless. I emailed the customer care team who basically said we can either send a new plaque which would take up to 3 weeks. Or refund me for the plaque and leave me with nothing. I sent a email back saying I disagree with your options, I should be sent a new plaque and also get a refund for at least the plaque as it did ruin my partners first Father’s Day. And they just completely disregarded my email, didn’t even read it. And sent a a refund for the plaque and left me with nothing. WOULD NOT ORDER FROM HERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE WORSE THAN RECEIVING A FAULTY ITEM LOL”

“I received a very healthy-looking Golden Wedding anniversary patio rose bush from you recently and did as requested, taking it out of its wrapping and putting it in a sunny spot. Unfortunately it must have been too sunny as it drooped but by the end of the next day it was fine, and still is. The service is excellent and Jonathan helped me when I 'phoned saying it would get better, and it did! All in all I'm very pleased with my rose.”
