“I wanted a twisted olive tree for my sisters big 50th, paid for nominated day delivery to be there on the special day to later find out there was a delay and it arrived 7 days later and still having the delivery charge added, this wasnt even upgraded to an AM drop for the inconvienience. I paid a premium price for a premium service which was not what I got, unfortunatley.”

“I have bought two things from you. One was a gift I sent and was very well received but I didn't see it. This latest one I wasn't overly impressed with :( Blueberry plant my 9 year old son wanted to give his dad for father's day. The leaves were dropping off and the ones that weren't were looking incredibly sorry for themselves. It's a shame as a gift is meant to look the part.”
