“I am delighted with the excellent service given by Tree2my door. I received prompt and polite responses to enquiries and I was kept in the loop regarding the journey of my tree. The recipient was overjoyed with the quality and the packaging of her tree present. I shall be using this Company again and cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“This time I bought an e gift card. The process was very simple but I had a small problem with the system asking me for a delivery date. A quick telephone call explained that the reason was I had added a message to the card. A quick cancellation of the message and I was able to check out. The card arrived by email within the hour. I have previously ordered plants and trees from this Company and found them to be of excellent quality with fast delivery. Highly recommended.”

“When I first looked at ordering the rose, your web site advised it was out of stock. I emailed you to ask if you thought it would become available again before the middle of November. I received a response very quickly advising this was very likely but to register my interest on the web site and you would let me know when it was back in stock. This I did. Some days later I noticed that the item was available to pre-order although I had not been notified of this. I submitted the pre-order form which confirmed delivery after 7th November which was ideal and exactly when I wanted it. The rose was delivered too early on 26th October!! Some breakdown in your order/delivery system unfortunately.”

“Company had a problem with the courier, so didn’t arrive on day asked for but they did email to apologise for the delay and gave a refund on the delivery price, gift arrived in a squashed box but to be honest the tree was great and gifted wrapped which looked really nice, it was brought for a friend and they love it and I would definitely buy again from here”
