“I made a mistake with the address and your company were very kind and I only had to pay delivery..I have not yet had confirmation that it has been deliverd yet..but great company Can't fill in the rest because I don't know if it has been re delivered”

“I was gifted a tree for my wedding several years ago which has flourished into the most beautiful wild Cherry. I wanted one of their lovely engraved plaques for a gift for a friend overseas and not only is the quality of it absolutely beautiful (and I know from experience with mine that the quality lasts), they also had really friendly and swift customer service. “It’s a lovely service with prompt delivery. We have used it several times. However, the tree delivered to my sister last week was in drastic need of water, and wasn’t delivered in a hessian bag as I thought the website indicates.”
