“We sent a tree as a 60th birthday present and previously had sent one to my mother in law to remember her sister by. Both times it had been a really good service and the recipients were happy with the quality of their trees.”

“I purchased a gift to be delivered to a friend for a special birthday. It was my first experience with this company and found the customer service excellent. They have a good selection of gifts and the website was easy to navigate all the way through. On the day of delivery, as promised, I received an email to advise what time the parcel was to be expected. I noticed I had made an error with the address, emailed customer services and I had an immediate response with the issue rectified. Very polite and helpful, fabulous. Will use them again for sure.”

“Unfortunately the courier lost the Rose I had bought for my daughter's birthday. When I contacted Customer Service they replied very quickly. A new Rose was dispatched with a promised delivery date. I received a partial refund of the postage as the Rose wasn't delivered on the requested day. Customer Service was very good polite and helpful.”

“My daughter was very pleased with the Yucca. I was pleasantly surprised at the size. Only problem was with the delivery. They left it in the porch instead of back door as they were told to do if she was out.”
