“Misinformation on site about postage. I paid for next day postage which was irrelevant since it turned out plants were not being delivered till the next week. It was in memory of a very dear friend . I had to ask her daughter if it had been delivered which was distressing. Then I was informed nursery had not been open and the extra postage was refunded. I think my disappointment was worth more than £2.”

“Firstly, my purchase was supposed to arrive on 22/12/2023 but, as documented with yourselves, there was a delay from the delivery company and so it didn’t arrive until after Christmas. Unfortunately, she’s not very well as she obviously wasn’t kept in the best conditions between dispatch and delivery. We are doing the best to revive her and will let you know how we get on.
